I bought both 6mm and 8mm rope because I wasn't sure which size I needed. The 6mm was not only the right size, but perfectly supple and therefore easy to work with. The 8mm, on the other hand, was significantly more stiff for some reason and not so easy to work with.

I bought this rope to modify my Lonewolf climbing sticks,instead of us cam buckles which are very loud and heavier than the rope and it has done the job very well so far! I'm 6ft 235 and no problem with the rope not slipping away from versa button! If I could upload a pic on here I would!
