In the event that an item is backordered, you will be promptly notified and presented with the best options to proceed with the order. Many times we have a suitable alternative in a different color or brand.

Free Shipping is available on orders over $199 but less than 150 lbs. Orders over 150 lbs will be quoted a reduced freight charge. Residential deliveries and destinations requiring a lift gate truck are charged more by the trucking companies and the additional cost will be passed to the customer.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM ET. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm ET on Friday, will be processed on Monday, except in the event of a holiday in which the fulfillment center is closed. ROPE.com facilities are closed on weekends.

If your order has been processed for shipping, or has shipped, we can not cancel your order. You can refuse the delivery, and your order will be subject to our return policy. In the event there is a credit card authorization issue, the order will be put on hold and you will be notified immediately.
