I bought a 1/2” 150’ bill rope from rope.com 3, or so days later, UPS informed me they had lost the rope. I work for UPS, so I knew that there would be an investigation that would take a long time; so I emailed rope.com that UPS had lost my order.
Rope.com responded within an hour to tell me they would send another one out immediately.
A few days went by and I received a notification, from UPS that it was out for delivery; but when I got to work my street driver said he couldn’t find it. I once again alerted ropes.com and when UPS let rope.com that they had lost another one, they refunded me immediately. Very satisfied and for sure use them again
