In the event that an item is backordered, you will be notified and presented with the best options to proceed with the order.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM ET. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm ET on Friday, will be processed on Monday, except in the event of a Holiday in which the fulfillment center is closed. ROPE.com facilities are closed on weekends.

If your order has been processed for shipping, or has shipped, we can not cancel your order. You can refuse the delivery, and your order will be subject to our return policy.

In the event there is a credit card authorization issue, the order will be put on hold and you will be notified immediately.
