12-carrier cotton sash cord with a synthetic, reinforced core
Cotton Sash Cord is a solid braid rope produced with synthetic reinforced core to provide greater tensile strength and reduced stretch when compared to 100% cotton cords. Sash cord is used in many general purpose applications as well as window sash cords.

Most sash cord available locally is 1/4" and entirely synthetic. Rope.com offers a more ideal 3/8" sash cord that is mostly cotton. The cords are easy to grip, knots stay tied, but can be undone without a knife. This product is ideal for tying down ladders onto ladder racks and other similar securement tasks.
