OPERATION
1. Monitors for new fax files
2. Convert faxes to JPEG images
3. Sends images via email to you.

The purpose of this product is to receive your faxes when away from your office or at anytime.  If you receive faxes on your PC and the fax format is *.APF then you can forward these faxes to your email.

View faxes received by converting the image and then pressing the Fax Viewer Tab.  One fax file may contain several fax images.  The fax conversion may take 1 to 2 seconds per conversion.  Wait until the conversion is done and then view your fax.

When you convert your images, they will all be to the size selected (ie. 85%)  If you want a larger image than select a different resolution by clicking the resize drop down list and select another size.  The image will be converted to that size.

The exFaxMail Send Mail Form should be completed similarly to the example at the left.  After you have set up your email account and other settings, try sending yourself an email.  If it works, then you are ready to forward new faxes to your email.  Any errors will be shown in the status list box.

Configure exFaxMail by setting the receive fax folder.

Configure your email and send yourself an email with any attachment to see that it works.

Check the Email New Fax Files and minimize the application.

Send yourself a fax and watch for it on your email.
